Since mid December 2011 we have had our web site completely re-designed.

The General Pilliga Pottery site and online Shop site are no longer separated but integrated into one smooth design. This allows us to update information much easier and hopefully you will find the Pottery or other information you are looking for in an easy manner as well. You can now buy your Pilliga Pottery online from the comforts of your home!


The Accommodation and other activities on Barkala Farm are now briefly introduced on the Pilliga Pottery web site and for all the details you are invited to visit our other web site www.barkalafarm.com.au. Soon we will overhaul that web site as well with more information about all the exciting Accommodation , Horse-riding adventures , Bird watching tours and much more to do at "your Barkala Farm" !

Barkala Farm and the adjoining Nature Reserve are home to over 120 bird species, many of which can be heard (and seen) early in the morning or as the sun cools. In mild weather, the birds will be active all day. Morning walkers will generally be accompanied by a mixture of common and more unusual species.
