We grow as much organic food as we can in our greenhouse and gardens. Our chooks provide us with yummy eggs and our beautiful honey bees provide us with sweet golden honey. We bake our own sourdough bread using biodynamic floure and make our own jams and pickles. All additional ingredients like fruit, eggs, and dairy products are sourced locally as much as possible. In our Cafe we serve organic and local wines.
